I am buyig this IWC Mark XI and I would like to know ,If it's a real mark XI or not??

in my opinion it is ok so I suggest to go and wear as often as possible this beautiful watch

I just looked at the picture of your watch and was wondering.. dit you hide the serial number? Because I cannot see it on the inside. There should be one, a 7 digit number. If not it could be something you may not want to buy.

The Mark 11s used by the RAF, the RAAF, the RNZAF, the BOAC, and most of the SAAF do not have a case number.
It looks genuine to me. Are there any papers with it ?
The people to confirm if the movement was put into a mark 11 are IWC.
You could try contacting the people at the museum for more help.
