Unfortunately, the button of the double chrono went out of order and a few months. It seems there is nothing inside when I press.

This was exactly what my double chrono was experiencing as well and they simply reported back as a "jammed lever." 

I hope you got yours fixed in-warranty and that it doesn't happen again to either of our watches :)

Got my watch back after 58 days after an initial estimate of 11 weeks. Repair notes mention a jammed lever but nothing more about why the pusher stopped working. Watch also appears to be running with much better accuracy than when the pusher was nonfunctional.

Hope this doesn't happen again but letting others know about the 10o'clock pusher issue for my IW371815 that was resolved in-warranty at zero cost to me, including delivery.

I hope you got your IW371815 back quickly after sending it back for repairs! I just had the same issue happen to mine where the split-second pusher at 10’oclock stopped working while I was using the chronograph function. 

This happened almost exactly a year into my purchase so the warranty should take care of the watch. Wanted to note here for others in case there are more users with this issue on the double chrono Ceratanium model … will report back once the watch is repaired.
