this is most probably a Ref. 1205. It typically is eqipped with a caliber 401 movement. Most models have indexes as hour markers instead of arabical number as yours.

It's hard to say without knowing the caliber. The already mentioned cal. 401 is a possibility but a cal. 89 is also likely. Let a watchmaker take the back off your watch and you will probably see the ref. number inside. At least you will see the caliber type.
