Hot weather and cleaning

Hi
Just got a IWC37704 with a SS bracelet, and wondering in this (relatively) warm weather is it best to rinse the watch under cold water each day, or just give it a general warm water, liquid soap and soft brush cleaning once a week or fortnight sort of thing?
I did similar with my Omega Seamaster and that seemed to be fine, but just thought id run it past the forum first :)

congratulations ( pictures, please :-) ) on your beauty and welcome to the forum. Lukewarm water and a soft toothbrush should do the trick. Avoid a direct jet of water hit on the pushers.
