IWC Pocket watch( KM International Watch Co Schaffhausen)

Hi all can anyone help please
I've just found a family pocket watch
Movement No 1053269
And has the German emblem on the back with M 0232 and II.Kl. underneath
Don't know a lot about the watch but really interested if any body can help
