mark x - new dial or old dial?

Good morning all.....just a quick question!
I have an original mark x , and the dial is deteriorating, the radium dots are off colour
-So how much would iwc charge to replace the dial and hands? and is it considered more desirable to leave the watch "as is", purely from an aesthetic/classic collector's viewpoint

Leave it as is!!! Replacing that dial would significantly impact the value of the watch. Perhaps, if you could share pics for us to look at?
