Hi,
First week of IWC ownership has not been a good one watch has stopped 3 times this week only winds manually ,so there something wrong with the auto winder? only took it off to go to bed,
it came from a reputable company they have offered to repair/refund or exchange ,
So is there liable to be any long term problems with the watch or will everything be ok if it's repaired, it's 6 year old but looks to have had little use.

Hello Mark, difficult questions as we don't know the condition of the watch, what the watch has suffered... But if you have it serviced by an AD, it should be OK, IWC spa is famous to bring watches back to near to new condition.
