Watches & Wonders 2025 – A Memorable Experience with IWC
I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to IWC for the kind invitation and the exceptional hospitality shown over the past few days at Watches and Wonders. It was truly a privilege to be part of such an incredible experience.
What made the trip even more special was the group of collectors I had the pleasure of spending time with. The IWC collector community continues to impress me; a brilliant blend of passion, deep knowledge, and genuine camaraderie. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or a first-time guest, this group makes everyone feel welcome, and it’s always a joy to share stories, insights, and a love for horology with them.
As for the watches themselves; IWC brought their A-game this year. This was, without a doubt, one of the strongest line-ups I’ve seen from them in recent years. The spotlight on the Ingenieur line shows a clear commitment to bringing it back to the forefront of the brand's identity, right alongside the iconic Pilot’s watches.
The design updates, especially the reduction in diameter size, are a step in the right direction; striking a great balance between modern appeal and wearability. And the continued innovation in materials is expanding the range in exciting ways, giving collectors and enthusiasts more to choose from than ever before.
Looking ahead, I can’t wait to see what IWC has in store. But for now, I’m facing a familiar (and fun) dilemma; deciding which of the latest releases I’ll be saving up for!
